The production unit is divided into 9 units, including 46 equipment for pipe making, 6 equipment for welding, 108 equipment for machining, 13 equipment for yellowing, 30 equipment for pressure test, 2 equipment for ultrasonic cleaning, and 2 equipment for sandblasting, assemble 13 units and pack 10 units. The quality control link of stainless steel pipe is 1. raw material steel strip material check 2. welding wave forming process 3. (heat treatment) annealing process, a total of 26 links.
